Shipments

Delivery means the transfer to the Customer of physical possession of the Products (the "Delivery").

Delivery shall take place when the Products are received at the postal address indicated, it being specified that this address must be the Customer's home address, that of a natural person of his/her choice or that of a legal entity (delivery to his/her company). 

The delivery charges applicable to the Order are those mentioned on the Site at the time of the Order

When we take care of the delivery of the Product, the risks of loss or deterioration of the Product are transferred to the Customer at the time of delivery.

The transport is carried out by our personal forwarding agent in collaboration with Chronopost, Fedex, UPS and DHL or by the New Caledonian delivery service of POST.

Orders are processed within 4 days of online payment. For deliveries in New Caledonia, it will take 2 weeks and between 1.5 and 2.5 months for Metropolitan France.

Once the parcel has been taken in charge by the forwarding agent, we are not responsible for the delivery time.
