Our general terms and conditions apply to all orders registered by La Maison de la Perle, on the maisondelaperle.com website, in accordance with the information below.

Any contrary or different clause coming from our customers not accepted beforehand in writing by La Maison de la Perle, will not be accepted.

This website has been created to provide you with information about our company and our products. Its objective is to provide our customers with the best possible information on the complexity of our products. As the colour, lustre, dimensions and quality of the pearl and jewellery depend on the light and shadows surrounding it, we cannot guarantee that the product received will be exactly like the photo viewed online.

PRODUCTS AND SERVICES :

Despite the efforts of our staff to reproduce each product as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that the display on our website will be identical to the product received.  The size, lustre, colour and quality of each pearl and jewel may vary according to the customer's interpretation of the online photo and the actual product received. We are therefore not responsible for any potential variation, possible anomaly of the product received, compared to the online photo.

Each customer can, prior to placing an order, request more exact information on the product and its composition, through the "contact us" tab. Our teams are committed to transcribing the description of the jewel as faithfully as possible and may transmit more accurate photos of the product. However, they cannot be held responsible for any discrepancy concerning the product upon receipt.

The information on maisondelaperle.com should not be used as the sole basis for making decisions about the purchase of any of our jewellery. Despite our efforts to inform you as much as possible about the nature and complexity of our services and products, we recommend that you find out as much as possible about the different characteristics of the pearl before purchasing one of our products. 

The information on this site may vary over time and/or be modified. We therefore reserve the right to change the content at any time. We recommend that you consult our site regularly to monitor any changes.

Unless otherwise indicated, the contents, products, images, texts, videos and advertisements on this site are our property and are protected by copyright law. Therefore, you may not reuse, copy or appropriate any content having or being present on this site without first requesting permission from: project@maisondelaperle.com

The Customer acknowledges that he has received the necessary advice and information to ensure that the offer is suitable for his needs.

The Customer declares that he/she is legally capable of entering into a contract under French law or that he/she is validly representing the natural or legal person for whom he/she is contracting.

In the absence of proof to the contrary, the information recorded by the Company constitutes proof of all transactions.

Any violation or breach of any of these terms of use will result in the immediate termination of your access to the site as well as potential legal action.

PRICING POLICY :

The prices of the products are indicated on the site in cfp francs, including VAT, but excluding customs duties and other taxes. Customs duties and other taxes must be paid by the customer directly to the carrier.

All prices displayed are calculated and include the value added tax (VAT) applicable in France.

The price of our products may vary and change without prior notice. We reserve the right to do so at our own discretion, while considering the possibility of discontinuing our services if necessary.

We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance.

Our products may have limited quantities and can only be returned or exchanged in accordance with our returns policy.

TERMS OF PAYMENT :

The Products are payable in cash at the time of the actual Order

Credit cards are the only payment method authorised on our website. Transactions are ensured and secured by CSB, through their dedicated online payment module Epaync. All your payment details are encrypted from your computer to CSB's server. This information remains confidential and cannot be seen or used without your knowledge.

The customer expressly acknowledges that the communication of his/her bank card number at the time of the order is tantamount to authorising the debiting of his/her account for the price of the Products ordered. If necessary, a notification of cancellation of the order due to non-payment will be sent to the customer by our company to the email address given by the customer when registering on the site.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY :

In case of problem, inconvenience, our company reserves the right not to take back the products received by the customer. We commit ourselves to deliver our products, according to the characteristics for which it was bought and in the state. 

In case of loss, theft of the product, or exceptional and extraordinary conditions, the customer can inquire at this address: Project@maisondelaperle.com in order to be informed about the possible solutions that are submitted to him.

GUARANTEE :

Our online products are not subject to a guarantee. As the parent company is located in New Caledonia, we do not take the risk of having the jewel transported if it needs to be repaired and/or modified. However, our customer service is at your disposal to help you in your efforts if necessary. You can also, if possible, come to the shop with an invoice of your purchase in order to get help from our teams.

DELIVERY:

Delivery means the transfer of physical possession of the Products to the Customer (the "Delivery").

Delivery takes place when the Products are received at the postal address indicated, it being specified that this must be the address of residence of the Customer, of a natural person of his choice or of a legal entity (delivery to his company).

ONLINE CONTRACT :

During the ordering process, the customer will have the possibility to choose his product, options and quantity. After that, he will be asked to fill in a form with the information necessary to send the order and to pay for it.

Before proceeding with the confirmation, the buyer has the possibility to check the details of his order, and to modify its content. We do not accept any responsibility for any errors in the choice and information provided by the buyer.

The buyer shall also be obliged to accept the general terms and conditions of sale, in which case he/she agrees to accept all the conditions on this page.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse the order in the event of complications and to deal with abusive and bad faith requests.

RETENTION OF TITLE:

Our company reserves full ownership of the Products sold until full payment has been received, including all costs, taxes and compulsory contributions.

PARTIAL INVALIDITY:

If any provision of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale is held to be invalid or declared as such in application of a law, regulation or following a final decision of a competent court, the other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

The sale of Products is subject to French law. 

PERSONAL DATA AND COOKIES :

All the information in your account is only used in the context of your commercial relationship with the La Maison de la Perle website. This information is never shared with third parties or resold for purposes other than the execution of the services provided by our company. 

Banking information is protected by the CSB.
