DATA PROTECTION
The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform users of the means used to collect, consult, process and store users' personal data.
La Maison de la Perle undertakes to comply with the provisions of the Regulation on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data n°2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 and of the French law n°78/17 of 6 January 1978, as amended (known as the "Loi Informatique et Libertés").
The User is informed that certain data must be collected by our company in order to provide its products and services.
This privacy policy may be modified at any time. The User must refer to the latest version of the policy before browsing.
DATA COLLECTION :
The Data that may be collected are the following:
- User's account data: the data that the User provides when creating an account by filling in the registration form (first name, last name, nationality, billing and delivery addresses, email address, mobile phone number, password for the customer account);
- Personal data of the User when he/she registers them in his/her customer account: date of birth, finger size...
- Transaction data: refers to the User's information, such as telephone number, address, e-mail address and payment information;
- Browsing data: refers to data collected during the user's browsing.
Payment information (credit card number, expiry date, autorisation number, security code) is collected directly by CSB and we are not responsible for it.
USER'S RIGHTS :
In accordance with Articles 14 to 22 of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016, any natural person using the sites or mobile applications has the right to exercise the following rights:
- A right of access, rectification and deletion of the data collected,
- A right to object to the Processing of their data,
- A right to limit the processing,
- A right to the portability of the data collected,
- the right to formulate directives relating to the conservation, deletion and communication of his personal data after his death in accordance with Article 40-1 of the Data Protection Act.
USER'S RIGHTS:
In accordance with Articles 14 to 22 of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016, any natural person using the sites or mobile applications has the right to exercise the following rights:

DATA RETENTION PERIOD :
The Users' Data are kept up to 5 years after the purchase or the creation of the customer account, unless specifically requested otherwise at project@maisondelaperle.com .
USE OF COOKIES :
When browsing our website, information relating to the navigation of the user's terminal (computer, tablet, smartphone, etc.), may be recorded through files called "Cookies".
The cookie makes it possible to monitor the user's browsing. We do this in order to improve the online experience of our customers and to provide a responsive and efficient platform.
